This 36”x36” painting is a bold tribute to Seattle Supersonics legends Gary Payton and Shawn Kemp—an iconic backcourt-frontcourt duo whose chemistry and highlight-reel swagger defined an era. Inspired by the vintage two-player trading card layout, this piece reimagines their legacy in vibrant, kinetic color…with a twist.

The original painting was created in acrylic and gouache, and it’s not just visually striking—it’s literally 3D. When I met Gary Payton at the 2023 Chicago Sports Spectacular and handed him a pair of 3D glasses, The Glove gave the perfect reaction. Shocked. Delighted. Locked in.

Even better? Both Payton and Kemp autographed this piece in person.

• Local pickup (St. Louis) is available at no charge for canvas prints only. Buyer must arrange pickup within 7 days of purchase.

• UPS only if shipping: either stretched or rolled

• Shipping, handling, and insurance invoiced separately after address confirmation

• Payment must be made within 48 hours of invoice receipt or the order will be canceled and relisted

• If shipped rolled, buyer assumes responsibility for re-stretching. No refunds issued for damage during that process
