Years ago, while backpacking across Western Europe, I found myself just outside Barcelona, hiking in the foothills of Mount Tibidabo. At the end of a secluded path, I came upon a serene lake, surrounded by tall trees and bathed in golden light. Across the water, a beautiful woman was bathing, tears streaming down her face. The moment was so profound, so perfect, that I knew speaking would only diminish its magic.

This 16"x24" acrylic and gouache painting captures that fleeting, intimate moment—a blend of solitude, beauty, and unspoken connection. It's a tribute to those stories that, whether real or imagined, leave an indelible mark on our hearts.

📦 Shipping Info:

• Local pickup (St. Louis) is available at no charge for canvas prints only. Buyer must arrange pickup within 7 days of purchase.

• UPS only if shipping: either stretched or rolled

• Shipping, handling, and insurance will be invoiced separately after address confirmation

• Payment must be made within 48 hours of invoice receipt or the order will be canceled and relisted

• If shipped rolled, buyer assumes responsibility for re-stretching. No refunds will be issued for damage during that process

• All pieces are custom-printed to order and require a 4–6 week turnaround time
